丙泊酚联合曲马多在胃镜检查中的应用

目的探讨丙泊酚、曲马多联合应用在胃镜检查中的意义。方法选择62例拟行胃镜检查的患者,静注曲马多50 mg、丙泊酚静注40 mg,10 s内注入。待病人入睡后、睫毛反射消失、呼吸平稳后,即可进行胃镜检查。结果应用曲马多50 mg、丙泊酚60~150 mg,血压、心率平稳,胃镜检查顺利完成,术后2~5 min清醒。病人无任何不适及不良反应。结论应用丙泊酚、曲马多联合麻醉对胃镜检查操作顺利,患者无任何不良反应。

Application of Propofol and Tramadol in Gastroscope Detection

Objective To discuss the significance of combination application of propofol and tramadol in gastroscope, Methods 62 cases were selected who would be detected gastroscope and were injected with tramadol 50 mg and propofol 40 nag within 10s. The detection began after patient falling sleep, disappearing of lash reflex and smooth respiratory. Resuits The detection could be performed smoothly without complication. The patient would recover 2 - 5 min after performance. Conclusion The combination of propofol and tramadol might benefit of gastroscope smooth and safe without complication.
