血细胞分析仪白细胞分类异常警句分析及临床应用的评价

目的 探讨血细胞分析仪异常警句在临床应用的价值。方法 对201例静脉血临床诊断明确的病例标本，用全自动血细胞分析仪分类出现异常警句提示与人工镜检白细胞分类结果分析。结果 淋巴细胞白血病，单核细胞白血病，粒细胞白血病患者阳性符合率分别可达81．8％，75％，85．7％。结论 血细胞五分类结果较人工分类更快更全面，但检验人员应结合临床诊断观察仪器的异常细胞警句提示，必要时应做人工镜检，这对防止实验室使用仪器分类计数漏检异常细胞有很好的辅助作用。

WBC classification of automated blood analyzer:evaluation of suspect epigrams and its clinical application

Objective To study the value and the clinical application of the suspect epigrams of automated blood analyzer.Methods Used the automated blood analyzer and artificial microscopy to separately examine the 201 patients' vein blood who had been already diagnosed,then compared the suspect epigrams and the results of the artificial microscopy.Results The patients' positive accord-rate of lymphocytic leukemia,monocytic leukemia and myelogenous leukemia could reach 81.8%,75%,85.7%.Conclusion The results of automated blood analyzer are faster and wilder than artificial microscopy,but the operators should analyze the suspect epigrams with the clinical diagnose,if necessary they also need to use artificial microscopy either.It is greatly helpful to prevent the automated blood analyzer's missing in classifying abnormal cells.
