肺癌患者抑郁焦虑状态与心理护理体会

目的观察肺癌患者抑郁焦虑状态,并建立恰当的心理护理方法。方法 60例肺癌患者纳入观察。治疗前后采用焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表进行自评。给予心理护理,观察前后SAS、SDS积分变化。结果两组患者护理干预前焦虑/抑郁状态积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理干预后,观察组焦虑/抑郁状态积分显著降低,而对照组无明显变化,提示观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心理护理对肺癌患者抑郁焦虑状态有很好的改善作用,值得进一步研究及推广使用。

Study of depression and anxiety state in patients with lung cancer and psychological care experience

Objective To observe the state of depression and anxiety in patients with lung cancer,and establish an appropriate method of psychological care.Methods 60 patients with lung cancer into the observation.Before and after treatment using SAS and SDS to evaluate the depression and anxiety state.To observe the SAS,SDS points change before and after psychological care.Results The anxiety/depression points of two groups before psychological care was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).After psychological care,anxiety/depression points of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,suggesting that the observation group was more effective than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The psychological care had a good effect on patients with lung cancer with depression and anxiety,worthy of further study and promote.
