摘    要:近年来在外用美容药物和化妆品的透皮吸收研究中,高度生物靶向性和严格选择的生物导向制剂的研究开发十分引人注目。以γ-聚谷氨酸作为研究对象,验证它是否具有保湿、抗过敏以及对于亚硝酸盐的清除作用,对于开发透皮制剂具有重要意义。本实验通过3方面研究纳豆提取物的性质。在实验条件下,低浓度的纳豆提取物溶液保湿率均较低,具有明显的抗过敏性和对NaNO2的清除的作用。

Abstract:In medicine and cosmetics for external use only beauty was skin absorbed for the high living and strict targeting,γ-polyglutamic acid(γ-PGA) was very attractive.In this study,moisture experiments,hyaluronidase experient,scavenge nitrite by the natto extract.The three experiments were conducted in vitro environment:moisture test were repeated to calculate the difference between the results of weighing,and hyaluronidase inhibition,NaNO2 experiment to eliminate rate were dropping gradually through a variety of reagents,mixed,heated、color and scavenging rate was determined by spectrophotometric method.According to the obtaineddata data to determine whether natto extract moisture,anti-allergic and the scavenging of nitrite.In experimental conditions,low levels of moisture natto extract solution were detected,with a clear anti-allergy and the role of the removal of nitrite.
