ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎目标性监测效果分析

目的探讨笔者所在医院ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎的感染率和危险因素,为制定有效控制呼吸机相关性肺炎危险因素的干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用目标性监测方法。结果 2009年1月～2010年12月共监测机械通气患者153例,发生呼吸机相关性肺炎24例,感染发生率为15.7%。结论目标性监测能及时准确获得ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率及危险因素,呼吸机相关性肺炎目标性监测的技术应用,对指导临床、降低呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生具有重要意义,是院感监测方法中科学性强、经济适用、简便易行、值得推广的监测方法。

Effectiveness of targeted monitoring with ICU ventilator associated pneumonia

Objective To understand the incidence and risk factors of ventilator associated pneumonia in ICU of our hospital. Methods The targeted monitoring was used. Results There were 153 cases of mechanical ventilation from January 2009 to December 2010,of them 24 cases developmented ventilator associated pneumonia,the incidence was 15.7%. Conclusion The targeted monitoring may get the incidence and risk factors of ventilator associated pneumonia in icu promptly and accurately.
