营养支持的临床应用探讨

目的探讨营养支持的临床应用问题。方法统计中山市人民医院营养科2010年患者的治疗情况,包括患者一般情况、营养方式、会诊原因等。结果全年共计392例患者,347例患者曾使用肠外营养,平均(10.28±11.93)d;107例曾使用肠内营养,平均(9.92±12.81)d。会诊原因前3位分别为:加强支持、纳差及呕吐。结论需营养支持的患者在医院中分布广泛,医生应把握营养支持指征,选择恰当的营养方式,重视肠内营养的应用以保护消化道结构和功能,同时加强营养支持并发症的监测处理和对患者的心理疏导。

Clinical application of nutritional support

Objective To investigate the clinical application of nutritional support.Methods Statistics the clinical data of patients in nutrition department of Zhongshan People's Hospital in 2010,including the general condition of patients,nutrition manner,time,reason for consultation and so on.Results The annual total of 392 cases of patients,347 patients had used parenteral nutrition,the average(10.28 ± 11.93)days;107 cases had used enteral nutrition,the average(9.92 ± 12.81)days.The top three reasons for consultation were:strengthen support,anorexia and vomiting.Conclusion Patients need nutritional support are widely distributed in the hospital,the doctor should choose the appropriate indications for nutritional support to grasp the way of nutrition,enteral nutrition should pay attention to the application to protect the digestive tract structure and function,while strengthening the monitoring of nutrition support complications,treatment and psychological counseling to patients.
