| 摘 要： | 目的检测去甲斑蝥素对人鼻咽癌细胞CNE1增殖、凋亡的影响,为临床应用NCTD治疗鼻咽癌细胞提供实验基础。方法体外常规培养CNE1细胞用于实验,经NCTD作用后,采用MTT比色法检测细胞增殖情况,流式细胞仪观察鼻咽癌细胞凋亡、细胞周期。结果 NCTD对鼻咽癌细胞的生长有明显的抑制作用,呈剂量依赖性,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);NCTD可剂量和时间依赖性地诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡;NCTD可剂量依赖性地诱导肿瘤细胞周期发生改变,将鼻咽癌细胞阻滞在G2期。结论 NCTD对体外培养的CNE1细胞的生长有明显抑制作用和诱导凋亡的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of norcantharidin on apoptosis of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE1.Methods The human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE1 was cultured in vitro and with NCTD at various concentrations.Cytotoxicity was valuated by MTT assay.The cell cycle distribution and the apoptotic rate were investigated by flow cytometry.Results The growth of CNE1 cells was inhibited significantly in a dosedependent manner.NCTD could induce the apoptosis in time and dose dependent manner.NCTD could arrests or delays the cell cycle at G2.Conclusion NCTD has effect in inhibiting CNE1 cells and inducing the apoptosis. |
