黄芪丹参饮对气虚血瘀慢性心力衰竭患者NT-proBNP、CRP水平及心功能的影响

目的观察自拟黄芪丹参饮对气虚血瘀慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效及其对氨基末端B型利钠肽前体、C反应蛋白水平的影响。方法 50例门诊及住院患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,根据美国纽约心脏病学会心功能分级方法分级,并制定统一疗效判定标准。对照组予常规西医治疗;治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加服黄芪丹参饮。两组疗程均为12周。治疗12周后对采集血标本,用快速化学发光免疫分析法检测氨基末端B型利钠肽前体,散射比浊法检测C反应蛋白水平;治疗12周后对患者的心功能进行观测并记录。结果两组治疗后血浆氨基B型利钠肽前体、C反应蛋白水平均明显下降(P<0.01),与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心脏超声检测示治疗后两组均有不同程度改善,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规西药基础上加用黄芪丹参饮,能更好改善心功能,降低血浆氨基B型利钠肽前体、C反应蛋白水平,从而对慢性心力衰竭治疗起一定作用。

Effects of Astragalus Salvia drink on the NT-proBNP,CRP levels and heart function in patients with chronic heart failure and qi asthenia causing blood stasis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Astragalus Salvia drink on the NT-proBNP,CRP levels and heart function in patients with chronic heart failure and qi asthenia causing blood stasis and its effects on NT-proBNP levels and CRP levels. Methods 50 outpatients and hospitalized patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The heart function of patients was classified according to the U.S. in New York Heart Association functional class classification methods. And uniform standards were developed to determine clinical efficacy. Control group was treated with conventional western medicine and treatment group was treated with conventional western medicine and Astragalus Salvia drink. The treatment was lasted 12 weeks. After 12 weeks of treatment blood samples were collected.NT-proBNP levels were detected with the rapid chemiluminescence immunoassay assay and CRP levels were detected with nephelometry. The heart function of patients was observed and recorded after 12 weeks treatment. Results After treatment,plasma NT-proBNP levels and CRP levels were significantly decreased in both groups(P < 0.01). Compared with the control group,plasma NT-proBNP and CRP levels were significantly decreased in treament group after treatment(P < 0.05). Cardiac ultrasound showed that there were improvements in varying degrees after treatment in both groups.There was statistically significance in both groups compare after treatment(P < 0.05). Conclusion Conventional western medicine with Astragalus Salvia drink were better to improve the heart function,reduced plasma NT-proBNP level and CRP level.Therefore it played a role in the treatment of chronic heart failure.
