香丹注射液治疗冠心病疗效分析

目的观察香丹注射液治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法 118例冠心病住院患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组49例采用常规治疗,香丹组69例在常规治疗基础上静脉滴注香丹注射液,用药前后分别观察其主要症状、心电图的改变,并测定两组患者血液流变学及血脂指标。结果香丹组治疗后多项指标较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05或0.01),较对照组也有显著改善(P<0.05或0.01)。结论香丹注射液不仅可以显著改善冠心病患者临床症状,同时可降低高黏血症患者的血液黏稠度及血脂水平。

Curative effect observation on Xiangdan injection in the treatment of coronary artery disease

Objective To observe the curative effect of Xiangdan injection in the treatment of coronary artery disease.Methods 118 patients with coronary artery disease were divided into treatment group(treating with Xiandan injection)and control group(treating with polarized solution),clinic and laboratory data were detected before and after treatment for 2 weeks.Results The results in Xiangdan treatment group were progress after treatment for 2 weeks, while its curative effect was better than control group.Conclusion Xiangdan injection is an effective agent for ameliorating clinical symptoms in patients with coronary artery disease,additionally,decrease the level of blood viscidity and blood lipid as well in those patient complicated by Blood hyperviscosity syndrome.
