| 摘 要： | 目的分析糖尿病肾病与各相关因素的关系以指导临床及早期防治。方法对56例2型糖尿病患者及健康对照组相关指标进行统计分析。结果 CAU组、MAU组及NAU组HbA1c、UA均高于NC组(P<0.05);4组HCY、ADPN呈递增趋势;hs-CRP水平随病变程度而增加。结论多种因素影响DN的发生,积极地控制各种危险因素对预防和延缓DN的发生与发展有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss diabetic nephropathy(DN)and the relationship between the relevant factors to guide clinical and early prevention.Methods 56 patients with type 2 diabetes and related indicators of the healthy control group for statistical analysis.Results CAU group,MAU group and NAU group HbA1C,UA is higher than the NC group(P < 0.05);4 group HCY,ADPN showed an increasing trend.hs-CRP levels increased with severity.Conclusion The occurrence of multiple factors DN,active control of various risk factors on the prevention and delay the occurrence and development of DN has important significance. |
