| 摘 要： | 目的探讨思密达联合妈咪爱治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法 171例小儿腹泻患儿随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用思密达联合妈咪爱治疗,对照组采用庆大霉素治疗。结果研究组的大便好转时间、止泻时间、退热时间、总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论思密达联合妈咪爱治疗小儿腹泻疗效佳,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinacal effect of smecta and medilac-vita in the treatment of infantile diarrhea patients.Methods 171 cases of patients with infantile diarrhea were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group treated with smecta and medilac-vita.The control group treated with gentamicin.Results The time of stool improvement,diarrhea stopping time,fever reducing time in the experimental group were better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The clinacal effect of smecta and medilac-vita in the treatment of infantile diarrhea patients was better,and the therapy should be more used in the clinical application. |
