| 摘 要： | 应用Millard法修复唇裂具有很多优点 ,但对于Ⅲ度唇裂有时尚嫌患侧唇高不足。我们在术中应用了延伸“C”瓣切口和唇峰上方小“Z”型瓣设计 ,使患侧唇高得到很好的恢复 ,取得了满意的效果。

| Abstract: | The rotation-advancement flap technique of Millard was a reliable method for repair of the unilateral cleft lip deformity. To solve the deficiency of lip length (especially in complete unilateral cleft lip) when suing this method in dealing with complete unilateral clefts. The extended incision of “c” flap and make a “z” flap above labial arch to extend the length was used. The method was successful by assessing the symmetry of 27 cases after operation. |
