颈动脉狭窄患者支架成形术前后血清C反应蛋白水平变化及辛伐他汀对其的干预作用

目的观察血管内自膨式支架成形术治疗颈动脉狭窄患者手术前后血清C反应蛋白（CRP）含量的变化，以及辛伐他汀对其的影响。方法颈动脉狭窄患者36例，随机分为治疗组（术后24h在常规治疗基础上加用辛伐他汀）19例和对照组（仅常规治疗）17例。采用免疫浊度法动态观察不同时间点血浆CRP含量。结果两组患者术后血清CRP含量显著升高（P〈0．01）；术后4周治疗组CRP显著降低（P〈0．01），两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论支架成形术可致血清CRP升高，辛伐他汀可降低CRP含量，具有抗炎、稳定斑块的作用，可应用于术后再狭窄的防治。

Change of CRP content in plasma of carotid stenosis patients with angioplasty and the effect of simvastatin on its change

Objective To observe the change of C-reactive protein(CRP)content in plasma of carotid artery stenosis patients with angioplasty and to evaluate the therapeutic effect of simvastatin on its change.Methods Totally 36 cases of carotid artery stenosis treated with self-expandable stent-supported angioplasty were randomly divided into therapy group(n=19,general therapy plus simvastatin 24 h after angioplasty)and control group(n=17,general therapy without simvastatin).CRP content in plasma was observed dynamically by immune turbidity method at different time points before and after angioplasty.Results CRP content in plasma increased significantly after angioplasty in both groups(P<0.01).4 weeks after angioplasty,CRP was decreased significantly in therapy group(P<0.01 vs control group).Conclusion Angioplasty may lead to the increase of CRP level in plasma,but simvastatin can down-regulate the level,so it has the therapeutic action against restenosis.
