桃仁红花煎治疗无症状性高脂血症43例临床研究

目的:探讨桃仁红花煎治疗无症状性高脂血症的临床疗效和作用机理。方法:对43例体检发现的无症状性高脂血症患者应用桃仁红花煎治疗,并与32例用丹田降脂丸治疗作对比观察,检测2组治疗前后以及停药后1月血浆总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、载脂蛋白A（APOA）、载脂蛋白B（APOB）、一氧化氮（NO）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、丙二醛（MDA）的变化情况。结果:治疗组治疗后,血浆TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA水平明显降低;而APOA、HDL-C、SOD活性及NO水平明显升高,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著或非常显著性意义均（P<0.05或P<0.01）,APOB治疗前后基本无变化（P>0.05）。与对照组治疗后比较,TC、TG、APOA差异均有显著性意义（均P<0.05））;停药1月后,2组总有效率差异仍有显著性意义（P<0.05）。结论:桃仁红花煎能降低血脂,并可防治高脂血症对血管造成的损害。而且停药后反跳作用轻,治疗作用较持久。

A Clinical Study on the Treatment of Asymptomatic Hyper lipemia by Taoren Honghua Jian: A Report of 43 Cases

ve: To explore the curative effect and mecha-nism of Taoren Honghua Jian(THJ) for asymptomatic hyperlipemia (AH). Methods: 43 cases of AH were treated by THJ and 32 cases by Dantian Jiangzhi Wan as control, total plasma cholesterol (TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein - cholesterol(LDL - C), high density tipoprotein - cholesterol (HDL - C), apolipoprotein A and B(APOA and APOB), Nitric oxide (NO), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malonic aldehyde (MDA) were determined before and af-ter treatment and 1 month after drug suspension. Results: In treat-ment group, the level of TC, TG , LDL and MDA were markedly de-creased and the level of APOA, HDL, NO and the activity of SOD were markedly increased after treatment, showing very significant dif-ference ( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01) as compared with those before treatment. APOB showed no change before and after treatment ( P > 0.05). Comparing with control group the level of TC, TG and APOA showed markedly significant difference (P< 0.05) after treat-ment. After suspension of the drug for 1 month, the total effective rate showed markedly significant difference between two groups ( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: THJ can decrease blood - lipid and prevent the damage of blood vessel. The rebound phenomenon after drug suspen-sion is mild and its action is persistent.
