| 摘 要： | 目的分析经腹膜后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺肿瘤的疗效。方法经腹膜后腹腔镜行肾上腺肿瘤切除术31例,左侧16例,右侧15例。结果31例均成功,平均手术时间为80min,平均失血130mL,术后5～7d出院,无手术并发症。结论经腹膜后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术具有创伤小、出血少、恢复快等优点,安全、有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the usage of retroperitoneal laparoscopy for excision of adrenal tumor.Methods 31 adrenal tumor patients had operation via the retroperitoneal approach. Results All cases were succeeded. The average operative timewas80min （60min-110min）, average blood loss was 130mL and postoperative hospitalization was from 5 to 7 days.No operative complication occurred. Conclusions Retroperitoneoscopic surgery has advantages of less invasive and pain,effective,safe and fast recover,this method is a safe and effective procedure |
