| 摘 要： | 目的研究补体C3与心房纤颤（房颤）的关系。方法采用免疫速率散射比浊法对56例房颤患者和35例正常对照组进行了血清C3水平测定。结果房颤患者血清补体C3水平明显高于正常对照组（P〈0.05）,持续性房颤C3水平明显高于阵发性房颤组（P〈0.05）。结论血清C3水平增高可能是房颤的发生和持续重要危险因素之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between complement C3 and atrial fibrillation （ AF）. Methods Use the method of immunization rate nephelometry to measure the serum C3 between 56 patients with atrial fibrillation and 35 cases of normal control group. Results The serum complement C3 of atrial fibrillation patients was significantly higher than the normal control group （ P 〈0. 05） ,and the C3 level of continuous atrial fibrillation was significantly higher than that of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group （ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The increased level of serum C3 may be one of the important risk factors for the atrial fibrillation occurring and keeping on. |
