| 摘 要： | 目的探讨双侧上尿路结石同期手术治疗的临床应用及相关问题。方法回顾总结同期手术治疗双侧上尿路结石16例。结果本组病例均同期手术取石成功，术后恢复顺利，疗效满意。结论同期手术治疗双侧上尿路结石仍具有一定的临床实用价值。

| Abstract: | Objectives To discuss the clinic application and problems about the therapy bilateral urine tract stone. Methods Retrospectively summarized 16 cases of double upper - urinary calculus cured by first - stage operation. Results All the stones were successfully removed by first - stage operation; all cases had been cured. Conclusions The first - stage operation in double sides upper - urinary stone was valuable , which could be practiced in clinic. |
