| 摘 要： | 目的 对开远市城市社区卫生服务筹资额从不同角度进行测算与分析。方法 按照项目实际成本、标准成本参考值和标准人员配备分别进行推算。结果社区卫生服务非医疗服务部分所需筹资额为每万人4．21万元、1．47万元、4．26万元。结论 开远市筹集用于开展城市社区卫生服务的经费难度并不大，关键在于强化政府职能，落实政府对社区卫生服务的投入。 |

| Abstract: | Objective This article calculates and analyzes the amount of financing of community health services in Kaiyuan city, Yunnan Province.Methods The financing amount of non-clinical services of CHS is separately calculated according to actual item cost, reference value of standard item cost and standard personnel. Results The financing amount of per 10000 people is respective 42100 yuan, 14700 yuan and 42600 yuan.Conclusion It is not very difficult for calculating financing to develop community health service in Kaiyuan city, but it is very important to strengthen government function and to implement the government's investment to community health service. |
