| 摘 要： | 目的：研究湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)对硫酸烧伤创面的治疗作用。方法：选择16例硫酸烧伤Ⅱ度创面，采用MEBO(治疗组)与磺胺嘧啶银(对照组)自体对照治疗，分别观察两种处理方法后创面疼痛、感染率及愈合时间。结果：治疗组疼痛明显减轻，无感染发生，创面愈合快。结论：MEBO可作为硫酸烧伤Ⅱ度创面的首选治疗药物。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the efficacy of MEBO in treating sulfuric acid burn. Method: 16 cases of 2 nd degree sulfuric acid burn were treated with MEBO. SD-Ag Cream was applied at the same time on some of the burn wounds as a control, so that the efficacy of the 2 drugs in terms of pain stopping effect, wound infection rate and healing time could be compared. Result: MEBO treatment was better than SD-Ag Cream. The pain stopping effect was good, no infection occurred and the wounds healed more quickly. Conclusion: MEBO is a drug of first choice in the treatment of sulfuric acid burn. |
