细菌L型败血症(附12例报告)

细菌L型是指细菌失去部分或全部细胞壁的一种细胞壁缺陷形态。许多细菌在体内外各种因素作用下都可能形成细菌L型,此型在临床感染性疾患中广泛存在。本院16例血细菌培养阴性又进行L型培养12例阳性(75％),其中金黄色葡萄球菌L型最多(75％)。细菌L型败血症,其临床症状、体征及实验室检查均不典型,治疗需较长吋间,反复调整用药才能治愈。

L-form Bacterial Septicemia: with a Report of 12 Cases.

L-form bacteria are those of cell wall dificiency either completely or partially inside and outside the body by the action of different factors. There are a lot of bacteria in L-form, commonly seen in clinical infections. Here are 16 cases showing negative result on blood bacterial culture, but 12 cases of them become positive (75%) on L-form bacterial culture. The most commonly found infections in clinics are that of staphylococcus aureus with atypical symptoms, signs and lab data. The cure can be effected only by long course treatment and repeated adjustment of drugs.
