创建一个高效的团队

如何创建并保持一个高效的团队是很多公共卫士管理者面临的挑战。一个高效的团队必须有明确的目标，而且该目标被团队所有成员所理解并达成一致；团队成员之间必须分工明确和有效合作，相互之间互补，成为良性互动；团队应有良好的计划，对挑战有很好的估计和应对，同时按照计划对工作进行优先排序；团队内部之间要尽量避免冲突，加强内部和外部的有效沟通；同时在公共卫生领域尤其要强调建立一个学习型的团队，除了干中学还要争取通过其他有效方式加强能力建设。
