全科医生临床培训中存在的问题与建议

目前全科医生临床培动中仍存在以疾病为中心和过度专业化的倾向，由于全科医学是集预防、保健、医疗、健康教育、计划教育、康复六位一体的全科工作，与专科医师的工作性质不完全一致，所以对他们培训的侧重点也应有所不同，该文从临床技能、工作重点及树立观念、服务模式的培训进行阐述，使全科医生更适应未来的工作。

Status quo and suggestion in general practitioners' clinical training

At present, the clinical training for general practitioners still has the trend of being focused with diseases and excessive specialization. As the work for general practitioners is a combination of prevention, medical service, health education, planned education and health recover, which is quite different from the work of a specialist. Therefore, the emphasis for the training to general practitioners should be different. This paper gives an elaboration on the training in practical skills, work key points and ideas, and service pattern, which could help the general practitioners to be more adapted to their future work.
