多孔生物陶瓷义眼座植入术矫治眼窝畸形

摘    要:目的 观察多孔生物陶瓷义眼座植入术矫治眼窝畸形的临床效果。方法 将四条直肌作牵引固定眼球位置,剪断视神经,剪除角膜,彻底清除内容物,从巩膜壳顳上向鼻下剖开巩膜,把多孔生物陶瓷义眼座植入肌锥部,荷包式缝合后、前巩膜壳。结果 采用此材料和方法矫治眼窝畸形24例(24眼),均治愈。结论 多孔生物陶瓷义眼座组织相容性好,无毒副作用,是理想的眼窝充填材料。此手术方法简单,符合眼球生理运转功能,达到了眼窝整形与美容的要求及以假乱真的效果。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of porous bioceramic sphere implantation in correction of eye 'socket deformity. Methods The 4 rectic muscles were pulled to fix the eyeball; optic nerve was cut off; contents of eyeball were cleared away. The scleral shell was opened from temporal upper to nasal lower. Porous bioceramic sphere was implanted into the muscle awl. Anterior and posterior scleral shells were sutured. Results All the 24 cases (24 eyes) of eye socket deformity were satisfactorily corrected. Conclusion Porous bioceramic sphere is an ideal, filling material for eye socket deformity, with good tissue-compatibility and no toxic or side effects. The operation is simple and conforms to the physiological functioning of eyeball.
