病毒性肝炎双重感染103例临床分析

目的进一步探讨病毒性肝炎双重感染的临床特点。方法回顾性分析本科近10年间1723例病毒性肝炎住院病人中103例双重感染的病毒分类、临床分型、症状特点、肝功能损害及预后等。结果病毒性肝炎双重感染以甲乙型双重感染为最多(89/103),与甲乙型肝炎流行强度呈正相关;乙丙型双重感染次之(8/103)。双重感染中同时感染与重叠感染的临床症状、肝功能异常之间无显著差异,但同时感染在治愈率、好转率方面明显高于重叠感染。结论病毒性肝炎各型间双重感染可使病情加重、病程延长、甚至可引起重型肝炎,预后不良。

Clinical analysis of dual-infection of virus hepatitis 103 cases

Objective The objective this study is to further investigate clinical characteristics of dual-infection of virus hepatitis.Methods The study summarizes virus types,clinical types,characteristics of symptoms,damage to liver,and post-recover damage of 103 dual-infection from 1723 in-patients received in our department in past 10 years.Result Out of 103 cases,89 cases are dual-infection of hepatitis A and hepatitis B,which is the most frequent kind of dual-infection in our sample(89/103).Such result is positively associated with the popularity of these two types of hepatitis.The second most frequent dual-infection is hepatitis B and C:there are 8 cases out of 103 cases(8/103).Two types of dual-infection,co-infection and super-infection,do not have singnificant difference in clinic symptom and abnormal function of liver.However,co-infection has significantly higher cure rate and improvement rate than super-infection.Conclusion dual-infection of different type of hepatitis can worsen the illness,prolong the illness course,and even cause severe hepatitis and result in negative prognosis.
