静脉注射多柔比星对血管内膜损伤的病理学研究

目的]观察两种浓度的多柔比星静脉推注对免血管内膜的损伤程度。方法]选择24只大白兔，分为对照组和实验组，对照组多柔比星浓度为1．0mg／mL；实验组多柔比星浓度为0．5mg／mL。分别在兔左右耳缘静脉推注，且在推注后48h、2周分别取左右耳缘静脉血管组织标本进行病理学分析。结果]推注48h后两组兔血管内膜损伤程度比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；推注2周后两组免血管内膜损伤程度亦存在差异（P〈0．01）。E结论]静脉推注低浓度（0．5mg／m1．）多柔比星，能明显减轻对血管内膜的损伤，从而有效保护血管，降低静脉炎发生率。

Pathological study on intravenous injection of doxorubicin caused vascular intimal injury

Objective：To observe the degrees of intimal injury of rabbits after accepting intravenous injection of two different concentrations of doxorubi- tin. Methods：A total of 24 rabbits were divided into control and test group randomly. Rabbits in control group were injected doxorubicin with concentra- tions of 1.0 mg/mL. Rabbits in test group were injected 0.5 mg/mL doxoru- bicin. Both right and left ear vein were injected in the same time in each group. And the ear vein tissues were collected at 48 hours and 2 weeks after intravenous injection doxorubiein respectively. Results： Compared the vascu- lar intimal injury degrees of the two groups at 48 hours after intravenous in- jection doxorubicin,there was statistical significant difference between them （P~0.01）. There was statistical significant difference in terms of vascular intimal injury degrees 2 weeks later between the two groups （P~0.01）. Conclusion：Intravenous injection lower concentration （0. 5 mg/mL） of doxo- rubicin can reduce the vascular intimal injury of rabbits,so as to protect the blood vessels, and to decrease the incidence of phlebitis of rabbits.
