内关穴深浅刺对神经传导的影响

摘    要:目的:对比分析深刺、浅刺内关穴对感觉神经传导和运动神经传导的影响。方法:选择健康男性受试者5名,分别记录左侧内关穴浅刺(深度约0.5cm)、深刺(深度约2.0cm)时感觉神经传导的潜伏期、波幅和传导速度;运动神经传导的潜伏期、波幅。结果:(1)浅刺受试者与深刺受试者感觉神经传导潜伏期、波幅、传导速度和比较,P>0.05。(2)浅刺受试者与深刺受试者运动神经传导潜伏期比较,P>0.05;波幅比较,P<0.05。结论:深刺和浅刺对感觉神经传导影响可能不具有差异性。深刺对和运动神经的较浅刺明显。

The Difference of Nerve Conduction Between Shallow Puncture and Deep Puncture on Neiguan Point

Abstract:Objective : To compare the difference of nerve conduction between shallow puncture and deep puncture on Neiguan point. Methods:The left PC6 of healthy volunteers were needled at different depths (the deep insertion about 2. 0cm;the shallow about 0. 5cm). Following indexes were recorded:the latency, amplitude and nerve conduction velocity of sensory nerve conduction ; the latency and amplitude of motor nerve conduction. Results : ( 1 ) Sensory nerve conduction : the shallow puncture latency, amplitude, nerve conduction velocity by comparing with the deep puncture latency, amplitude, and nerve conduction velocity, P 〉 0. 05 ; ( 2 ) Motor nerve conduction : the latency of shallow puncture by comparing with the latency of deep puncture, P 〉 0. 05 ; the amplitude of shallow puncture,which is lower than the amplitude of deep puncture,P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion:There may be no significant difference to the sensory nerve excitement with both shallow and deep puncture, but the effect on amplitude of motor nerve excitement of shallow puncture is obvious than deep puncture.
