加味补中益气汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期临床研究

目的:研究加味补中益气汤对COPD稳定期患者的临床疗效及对肺功能、血气分析和血中PDGF-BB的影响。方法:60例COPD稳定期患者随机分为两组,西医对照组予口服茶碱缓释片治疗,中医组以口服加味补中益气汤进行治疗,两组疗程均为14天。观察临床疗效,测定治疗前后FEV1/预计值%、FEV1/FVC%,PaO2、PaCO2、血中PDGF-BB浓度。结果:中医组总有效率93.3%,高于西医对照组(70.0%)(P<0.05);治疗后FEV1/预计值%,FEV1/FVC%,PaO2,PaCO2等指标均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),与西医对照组治疗后比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组血中PDGF-BB浓度均高于健康对照组(P<0.001),中医组治疗后血中PDGF-BB含量明显下降,与西医对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论:加味补中益气汤能有效改善COPD稳定期患者临床症状体征、肺通气功能、血气指标,降低血中PDGF-BB浓度,抑制气道重塑。

A Study on Curative Effect of Jiawei Buzhong Yiqi Recipe in Patients with Stable Stage of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect and the effect on Platelet-derived growth factor （PDGF）in blood of Jiawei buzhong yiqi Recipe in patients with stable stage of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease（COPD）. Methods ：60 patients with stable stage of COPD were divided into two groups at random. The Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） group （ 30 cases） was treated by taking Jiawei buzhong yiqi Recipe and the Western medicine matched group（30 cases）was treated by taking Theo-phylline Sustained-release Tablets,the course of the treatment is 14 days in both groups, and 60 cases in both groups were observed the clinical manifestations and examined FEV1/pre% , FEV1/FVC% , PaO2 ,PaCO2 ,density of PDGF -BB in blood before and after therapy respectively. Results ：The total effective rate（93.3% ）was higher in the TCM group than in the Western medicine matched group（70. 0% ） （ P 〈 0. 05） ; FEV1/pre% ,FEV1/FVC% ,PaO2 ,PaCO2 ,density of PDGF - BB after therapy of the TCM group were better than those of the Western medicine matched group and itself before treatment, there were the significant differences（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：The treatment of taking Jiaweibuzhongyiqi Recipe can improve clinic manifestations, pulmonary function,hypoxia and hypereapnia,and reduce density of PDGF- BB, and abate airway remodeling in patients with stable stage of COPD.
