| 摘 要： | 冠心病心绞痛７４例，其中４６例（男性３２例，女性１４例；年龄６５±ｓ８ａ）采用尼卡地平４０ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｂｉｄ为治疗组；另２８例（男性１５例，女性１３例；年龄６２±９ａ）采用丹参舒心胶囊２粒，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ为对照组。１２ｗｋ后，临床与心电图总有效率，治疗组依次为９１％和７２％，对照组为６８％和４３％，治疗组优于对照组（Ｐ均＜０．００１）。尼卡地平尚有减慢心率。降低血压及改善左室收缩功能等作用，不良反应轻微。

| Abstract: | Forty six patients(M32,F14;age 65±s 8 a)with angina pectoris were treated with nicardipine(40 mg,po,bid×12 WK).The clinical total effective rate was 91%and ECG total effective rate was 72%.Another 28 patients(M 15,F13;age 62±9 a) were treate d with Dan-shen-shu-xing capsule 2 pills(each pill contains Salvia miltiorrhiza 0.2g)po,tid×12 WK.The clinical total effective rates were 68% and 43% respectively.Nicardipine group were superior than Salvia miltiorrhiza group(P<0.001).Nicardipine slowd herat rate,decreaed blood pressure,and improved the svstolic function of left ventricle.Adverse reactions were mild. |
