| 摘 要： | 目的 观察手法复位牵引配合中药治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法 将 12 4例病人随机分为综合治疗组 (A组 ) 6 3例 (在进行牵引手法复位治疗同时 ,配合中药鹿丹汤内服 )和手法牵引组 (B组 ) 6 1例 (只进行手法复位及牵引治疗 ) ,两组均经过 2 0d治疗后进行疗效比较。结果 综合治疗组的治愈率明显优于手法牵引组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 手法复位牵引配合中药治疗颈性眩晕疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of comprehesive treatment on cervical vertebual vertigo.Methods One hundred and twenty-four patients were randomly divided into two groups.Comprehesive treatment(group A) was performed in 63 cases and manual reduction(group B) in 61 cases.In group A patients were treated with manual reduction simultaneously with "Lu Dan Tang" by oral adiministration.Results The therapeutical effect in group A was superior to the manual reduction group obviously(P<0.01).Conclusion It is a good therapeutical method that manual reduction combined with the Chinese herbs "Lu Dan Tang" in patients with cervical vertebral vertigo. |
