| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨培美他尼雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法 :应用培美他尼雾化吸入治疗 38例毛细支气管炎患儿与 4 0例常规输液治疗患儿的疗效对比。结果 :(1)培美他尼雾化吸入组退热时间及住院时间与对照组无显著差异(P>0 .0 5 )。(2 )治疗组在平喘及肺部口罗音吸收时间与对照组有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :培美他尼雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎具有明显抗炎、平喘及祛痰作用 ,疗效确切

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of aerosol inhalation of Asarone injection in the treatment of bronchiolitis . Methods: Thirty-eight children with bronchiolitis were treated by aerosol inhalation of Asarone injection and compared with 40 cases treated by routine transfusion. Results:There was no difference in the pyretolysis time or the hospitalization time between the treatment group and the control group (P>0.05).There was significant difference in both the time of asthma relief and the time of pulmonary rales disappearance (P<0.05).Conclusion: Aerosol inhalation of Asarone injection has therapeutic effects in the treatment of bronchiolitis, with notable effect of anti-inflammation, asthma relief, and phlegm elimination. |
