贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的:观察贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。方法:将84例CHF患者随机分成治疗组(42例)和对照组(42例):对照组给予洋地黄、利尿剂等抗心衰药物进行常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用贝那普利、美托洛尔治疗。分别治疗6个月后进行随访。治疗前、后对比心功能临床疗效、实验室检查、心电图及超声心动图检查。结果:治疗组和对照组在治疗6个月随访期间,治疗组在改善心功能及参数方面显著优于对照组(P<0.05),且未见明显毒副反应。结论:贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭安全有效,能有效改善心衰患者的愈后。

Benazepril Combined with Metoprolol Treatment of Chronic Congestive Heart Failure Observation

Objective:To observe the effect of benazepril combined with metoprolol in treatment of chronic congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods:The 84 CHF patients were randomly divided into treatment group(42 cases)and control group(42 cases):the control group was given digitalis,diuretics and other anti-heart failure drugs for regular treatment.Treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy plus benazepril,metoprolol treatment.Respectively,after 6 months of treatment follow-up.Before and after treatment compared the clinical efficacy of cardiac function,laboratory tests,electrocardiogram and echocardiography.Results:Treatment and control groups in the treatment of 6 months follow-up period,the treatment group improved cardiac function parameters were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),and no significant toxicity.Conclusion:Benazepril combined with metoprolol treatment of chronic congestive heart failure safe and effective,can effectively improve the prognosis for patients with heart failure.
