病毒性脑炎患儿高压氧综合治疗对免疫功能的抑制及护理体会

目的:探讨高压氧对病毒性脑炎患儿免疫功能的影响及护理体会。方法:选择2004年7月-2011年6月我院收治的200例病毒性脑炎患儿,分成高压氧治疗组100例、对照组100例。记录两组症状、体征变化,2周后脑电图变化,随访3个月记录后遗症状,两组治疗前、后分别检测CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、IgG、IgM、IgA。结果:与对照组相比,高压氧治疗组症状、体征、2周后脑电图恢复加快(P<0.01或P<0.05),后遗症状中间歇性头痛、记忆力下降者较少(P<0.05),高压氧治疗组治疗后CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、IgG、IgM平均较对照组和正常组下降(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧能缩短病毒性脑炎患儿病程,减少后遗症状,但可引起患儿免疫功能抑制。做好高压氧治疗时的护理是保证高压氧顺利进行的关键。

Viral Encephalitis in Children with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy on the Immune Function in Hibition and Nursing Exprience

Objective:To investigate the effects and nursing experience of hyperbaric oxygen treatment on immune function of viral hepatitis pediatric patients(HBO).Methods:200 infantile viral encephalitis were divided randomly into two groups:treatment group with HBO treatment(n=100);control group without HBO treatment(n=100).Normal group(normal children whose age are same with treatment group and control group) of 100 cases was as comparision.The changes of symptom,physical sign,electroencephalogram(EEG),sequel and the examination of CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,IgG,IgM,IgA in two groups before and after a course of treatment were recorded.Results:Compared with control group,the recovery of symptem,physical sign,EEG after two weeks of treatment group increased faster(P<0.01 or P<0.05),the sequel(intermittent headache,impaired memory)of treatment group decreased more obviously(P<0.05).After a course of treatment,the examination of CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,IgG,IgM of treatment group decreased more than control group and normal group(P<0.05).Conclusion:HBO can decrease the course of infantile viral encephalitis,decrease the sequel(intermittent headache,impaired memory),but it can inhibits infantile immumlogic obviously.Proper nursing care plays an important role in the effective therapy of HBO.
