| 摘 要： | 目的:观察蒙脱石散和吗丁啉在防治静滴阿奇霉素时胃肠道副反应的效果。方法:120例呼吸道感染并在我院静脉点滴阿奇霉素的患者,随机分为治疗组70例和对照组50例。治疗组给予蒙脱石散和吗丁啉口服,对照组不给予任何干预,观察两组在阿奇霉素静滴时胃肠道副反应(包括腹痛、腹泻、恶心、呕吐)的发生情况。结果:治疗组阿奇霉素静滴后胃肠道副反应发生率明显低于对照组,经比较有统计学意义(χ2=25.31,P<0.01)。结论:口服蒙脱石散和吗丁啉可明显减轻阿奇霉素静脉点滴时的胃肠道副反应。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effectiveness of montmorillonite powder and domperidone on preventive treatment of gastrointestinal side-effects of azithromycin in intravenous drip.Methods:120 cases of respiratory infection were randomly divided into two groups,with treatment group 70 cases and control group 50 cases respectively.The treatment group was given montmorillonite powder and domperidone orally while the control group was given no intervention.Comparatively study the two groups on the side-effects of azithromycin in intravenous drip including bellyache,diarrhea,nausea and vomitting.Results:Incidence rate of gastrointestinal side-effects in treatment group is obviously lower than that in control group.There was statistical significance(χ2=25.31,P<0.01).Conclusion:Montmorillonite powder and domperidone taken orally can significantly alleviate the gastrointestinal side-effects of azithromycin in intravenous drip. |
