囊腔塞治器在牙源性角化囊性瘤开窗减压术中的临床应用

目的:探讨囊腔塞治器联合开窗减压术在牙源性角化囊性瘤中的临床应用。方法:采用开窗减压术对46例下颌骨牙源性角化囊性瘤进行治疗,术后3～4周戴用囊腔塞治器。随访12～18个月,临床观察疗效及复发情况,并在术后1、3、6、12个月行全口曲面体层片及锥形束CT检查,对术前和术后6个月时曲面断层片囊腔面积进行测量。结果:46例下颌骨牙源性角化囊性瘤经治疗后,囊腔内骨密度逐渐增高,曲面断层片中术后6个月囊腔面积明显变小,与术前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本组资料随访期间未见复发。结论:开窗减压术后配合使用囊腔塞治器治疗下颌骨牙源性角化囊性瘤是一种安全、可靠、有效的治疗方法。

The Application of Cyst Plug in Decompression of Keratocystic Odontogenic Tumor

Objective:To evaluate the effect of cyst plug combined with decompression in the treatment of mandibular keratocystic odontogenic tumor.Methods:46 cases of mandibular keratocystic odontogenic tumor were treated by decompression,and cyst plugs were made after 3~4 weeks.All the patients were followed up for 12 to 18 months,and clinical examinations were performed to evaluate the clinical effect and recurrence rate.Panoramic radiograph examination and cone beam CT(CBCT) examination was conducted on 1、3、6、9、12 months after operation,and was compared with the examination before the operation.Results:After decompression,the density of bone in cysts significantly increased gradually.The size of all of the cysts reduced after 6 months(P<0.05).No recurrence was found during the follow-up period.Conclusion:Decompression of large mandibular odontogenic keratocyst with cyst plug is a safe,reliable and effective method of treatment.
