| 摘 要： | 皂苷类成分在植物中分布广泛，化学结构多样，具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抑菌、调节免疫、心血管保护等多种生物活性，是许多常见中草药的主要有效成分，并广泛应用于临床，但目前对其毒性却缺乏系统的认识。综述近年来国内外有关皂苷类成分毒性的研究报道，以期为该类成分相关药物的研发和临床合理规范使用提供参考。

| Abstract: | Saponins are widely found in plants with diverse chemical structures and multiple biological activities.As major active components from some common Chinese medicinal herbs,some saponins exert anticancer,anti-inflammatory,antimicrobial,immunomodulatory and cardiovascular protection activities and have been widely used clinically.However,systematic knowledge about their toxicity is scarce.The foreign and domestic researches on the toxicity induced by saponins from plants in recent years were reviewed,so as to provide some references for the developmemt and the clinical rational use of saponins-related drugs. |
