肺源性心脏病心律失常32例临床分析

目的:探讨肺源性心脏病心律失常的类型及其发生的相关因素。方法:对46例肺源性心脏病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:32例(69.6%)发生心律失常,房性早搏(25.0%)、右束支阻滞(19.8%)、窦性心动过速(16.7%)发生率居前三位;心律失常发生率与患者年龄、心衰程度、肺部感染、电质紊乱和酸碱失衡等密切相关,不同年龄组、不同心衰组间患者比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肺心病患者心律失常类型多样,患者年龄越大、病情越严重,心律失常的发生率越高。

32 Cases of Pulmonary Heart Arrhythmia Analysis

Objective:To investigate the arrhythmia type of pulmonary heart disease and the occurrence of arrhythmia-related factors.Methods:Clinical data of 46 patients with pulmonary heart disease were retrospectively analyzed.Results:32 cases(69.6%)of arrhythmia occurred,the incidence of atrial premature beats(25.0%),right bundle branch block(19.8%),sinus tachycardia(16.7%)were the top three;the incidence of arrhythmias was related with age,the degree of heart failure,lung infections,electrolyte disturbances and acid-base unbalance.The different between different age groups,different heart failure groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The types of arrhythmia in patients with pulmonary heart disease were various;patients’ages were older and the conditions were more serious,the incidences of arrhythmia were higher.
