丙泊酚和芬太尼复合麻醉应用于人工流产术的探讨

目的:探讨使用丙泊酚和芬太尼复合麻醉在人工流产术的应用效果及安全性。方法:将170例自愿进行无痛人工流产手术的患者随机分为两组,Ⅰ组为对照组,使用单纯丙泊酚麻醉;Ⅱ组为观察组,使用丙泊酚联合芬太尼麻醉。观察两组患者的镇痛效果,术中情况。结果:对照组中度以上疼痛患者为16.47%;观察组中度以上疼痛患者为0,观察组的镇痛效果优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:丙泊酚和芬太尼复合麻醉应用于人工流产术可取得较好的镇痛效果,安全性较高,值得在临床中推广使用。

Abortion of Propofol and Fentanyl Anesthesia for Induced

Objective:Explore the use of propofol and fentanyl anesthesia in artificial abortion efficacy and safety of the application.Methods:The 170 cases of voluntary induced abortion surgery patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,I was the control group,the use of pure propofol anesthesia;II patients in the observation group,the use of fentanyl and propofol anesthesia.Analgesic effect of the two groups of patients,intraoperative patient’s condition.Result:Patients with moderate to severe pain in the control group was 16.47%;study group patients with moderate to severe pain,0%,the analgesic effect of the observation group than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Propofol and fentanyl anesthesia in induced abortion can get a better analgesic effect,higher security,you can promote in clinical use.
