| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨二维超声诊断甲状腺结节的意义及局限性。方法:回顾性分析经病理诊断确诊的甲状腺结节13例,分析总结各类型甲状腺结节二维声像图特点。结果:共甲状腺结节13例,病理类型4种,声像图表现有差异有重叠。结论:二维超声对甲状腺结节有较高的检出率,而对结节进一步的定性诊断有局限性,应结合其他超声诊断新技术不断提高诊断水平。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the value and limitations of diagnosis of thyroid nodules by two-dimensional ultrasound.Methods:Analyzed retrospectively the two-dimensional ultrasonography characteristics and pathological diagnosis types of 13 cases thyroid nodules.Results:All of 13 cases thyroid nodules would be divided into 4 kinds of pathological type.They had same or different characteristics by ultrasonography.Conclusion:Two-dimensional ultrasound had higher detection rate but poorer qualitative diagnosis level of thyroid nodules.So I suggest to combine with other ultrasound technologies to improve the diagnostic level of thyroid nodules quality. |
