摘    要:目的:探讨急性脑梗死高压氧(HBO)治疗的介入时间与疗效的关系。方法:315例急性脑梗死患者按入院顺序分为早期组(〈3d)105例,中期组(5-7d)106例及晚期组(〉10d)104例,均于入院后采用综合治疗,同时分别在相应时间行HBO治疗。结果:HBO治疗20次后,神经功能缺损评分3组均较治疗前明显下降(P〈0.01)。早期组与中、晚期组比较下降更明显(P〈0.01);中、晚期组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:对急性脑梗死患者尽早行HBO治疗可显著降低神经功能缺损程度。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the relationship between initial time to hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) therapy and therapeutic efficacy in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 315 cases of acute cerebral infarction were divided into 3 groups according to admitted sequence: early group which included 105 cases treated by HBO from several h to 3 days after onset of acute cerebral infarction; median group which included 106 cases (5-7 days); late group which included 104 cases (>10 days). All of patients were subjected to general therapy. Their therapeutic efficacy were evaluated according to the grade standard of nerve function default following shock after the patients received 20 times of HBO therapy. Results: Total effective rate or total markedly effective rate in early group was significantly higher than that in median or late group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between median group and late group in total effective rate and total markedly effective rate (P>0.05). Conclusion: The patients with acute cerebral infarction should be given HBO therapy as possible as early.
