| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨安定溶液舌下给药治疗小儿惊厥的价值。方法：以静脉推注和直肠灌注为对照，对３６例惊厥患儿在治疗准备时间、止痉时间、治疗总时间及一次给药成功率上进行比较。结果：安定溶液舌下给药治疗准备时间为（３７．４±７．８）ｓ，止痉时间为（１３５．９±１２．６）ｓ，治疗总时间为（１７３．３±２２．５）ｓ，一次给药成功率为１００％。除治疗准备时间与直肠灌注组无差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），止痉时间比静脉推注组慢（Ｐ＜０．０１）外，其它指标均明显优于对照组，差异具有非常显著性意义。结论：安定溶液舌下给药治疗小儿惊厥是一种新的有效途径

Treatment of Infantile Seizure by Sublingual of Diazepam Preparations—Analysis of 36 Cases |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of treating infantile seizure by sublingual medication of diazepam preparation.Methods:The sublingual medication for the care of 36 infants with seizure was compared with venous injection and rectal perfusion in time of preparation,antispasmodic duration,total therapeutic time and success rate of single administration.Results:Time for preparation of sublingual mediaction is (37.4±7.8)s,longer than that of venous injection,and the total therapeutic time is (135.9±12.6)s,longer than that of venous injection,and the total therapeutic time is (137.3±22.5)s,its success rate of single medication is 100%.Conclusion:Sublingual medication of diazepam preparation for the care of seizure in infants is proven to be a new and effective means. |
