| 摘 要： | 本文将多元逐步回归用于分光光度分析中多组分混合物组分数的确定和含量测定.着重介绍了方法的基本原理、基本步骤和基本计算。本文用人工合成多组分混合物测得的吸收度数据,以浓度为已知量,用多元线性回归求得各组分在各波长点的吸收系数代替纯组分测定换算的吸收系数,以复方阿斯匹林片为样品进行逐步回归,取得了满意的结果。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a stepwise regression method of spectrophotometry data in multiwavelength is proposed. This method has been used to determine the number and content of components. The basic principle and computing of this method when applied to multicomponent analysis were discussed. This method was applied to simultaneous determination of multicomponent tablet compound acetylsalicylic acid and satisfactory results were obtained. The experiment provide a new approach to experimental measurement design in multicomponent analysis computation. |
