康胃愈溃汤治疗脾虚气滞血瘀老年消化性溃疡的临床观察

目的:观察康胃愈溃汤对老年消化性溃疡的临床疗效以及对患者血清转化生长因子(TGF-β1)水平表达的影响。方法:将72例老年消化性溃疡患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,分别给予康胃愈溃汤颗粒剂和西药组(奥美拉唑+硫糖铝)治疗,疗程均为6周;同时应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定了72例老年消化性溃疡患者血清TGF-β1水平的变化,并与15例正常健康人作比较,分析TGF-β1与临床表现的关系。结果:康胃愈溃汤组治疗脾虚气滞血瘀老年消化性溃疡的临床疗效显著,疗效与西药组相近;两组治疗后均能显著提高患者血清TGF-β1,差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:康胃愈溃汤治疗老年消化性溃疡疗效显著,提高患者血清TGF-β1水平是其作用机制之一。

Clinical Obervation on Kangwei Yukui Decoction in treatment of the old Peptic Ulcer

Objective：To observe the curative effects of Kangwei Yukui Decoction on the old patients with peptic ulcer and its influences on the expression of serum TGF-β1. Methods：72 cases of the old PU were randomly allocated into the treatment and the control groups to receive for a period of 6 weeks. The curative effects and changes in serum TGF-β1 were observed for both groups,comparing with 15 cases of the healthy by analysis with clinical symptoms. Results：Kangwei Yukui Decoction showed similar curative effects in treating the old PU with the control group. The serum level of TGF-β1 significantly increased in each group after the treatment,and the difference between the two groups had no statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion：Kangwei Yukui Decoction had significant curative effects in the treatment of the old peptic ulcer by increasing the serum level of TGF-β1.
