益气活血通络方对老年高血压患者动态血压及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

目的:观察益气活血通络中药对老年高血压患者动态血压及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:将60例老年原发性高血压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予氨氯地平5mg,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药益气活血通络方,疗程8周。结果:(1)治疗组对夜间血压下降率的疗效优于对照组,P<0.01。(2)治疗组治疗后血清Th水平较对照组升高,P<0.05。(3)治疗组治疗后中医临床症状积分改善明显,P<0.05。结论:益气活血通络方干预老年高血压患者治疗的作用靶点之一,可能为调整T淋巴细胞亚群的免疫平衡,从而达到有效降压及控制高血压病情发展的作用。

The Effect of Decoction of Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation on 24h Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring and the Level of T-Lymphocyte Sub-population of Old Essential Hypertension Patients

Objective：Observe the effect of decoction of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation on 24h Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and the Level of T-Lymphocyte Sub-population of old essential hypertension patients（ OEH）. Methods：The 60 patients were divided into two parts：the treatment group and control group. The control group were offered antihyper-tensive drug Norvasc while the treatment group were offered Norvasc and supplementing qi and activating blood circulation decoction for 8 weeks. Results：（ 1） The night-time blood pressure fall rate of treatment group was higher than control group,P 0. 01. （ 2） After the 8 weeks＇treatment,the Th level of treatment group was higher than control group,P 0. 05. The ratio of Th/Ts and the Ts level between the two groups has no statistical significance,P 0. 05. （ 3） The symptom integral of both groups ameliorated after the treatment,and the improvement of treatment group was better than the control group,P 0. 05. Conclusion：The results suggested that one of the targets of decoction of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation on the OEH patients may be adjusting the T-Lymphocyte which is one of the function mechanism on decreasing blood pressure and controlling disease development.
