益气逐瘀治疗老年稳定型心绞痛40例

目的:观察益气逐瘀治疗老年稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选择老年稳定型心绞痛患者60例,随机分成两组。治疗组40例,加用益气逐瘀治疗;对照组20例,单用西医治疗,35天为1个疗程,观察心绞痛疗效、心电图变化和血液流变学变化。结果:治疗组与对照组心绞痛总有效率分别为90%和60%,心电图总有效率分别为77.5%和45%。血液流变学改善,治疗组均优于对照组,比较两组差异有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01),并无不良反应。结论:益气逐瘀治疗老年稳定型心绞痛具有明显的临床疗效。

Clinical Observation of Supplementing Qi and Expel Blood Stasis on Elderly Patients with Stable Angina Pectoris 40 Patients

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Supplementing Qi and Expel Blood Stasis on elderly patients with stable angina pectoris. Methods：A total of 60 cases with elderly stable angina pectoris were randomly divided into 2 groups. 40 patients in the treatment group were treated with Supplementing Qi and Expel Blood Stasis; 20 patients in the control group were treated with general therapeutic methods. The frequency of angina pectoris attacks and ST-T changes on the ECG and many indices of hemorheology were observed after one course of treatment（ 35d）. Results：In the treatment group and the control group,the total effective rates in relieving angina were 90% and 60% respectively,and the total effective rates in improving ST-T changes on the ECG were 77. 5% and 45% respectively. Many indices of hemorheology in the treatment group better than in the control group also. There was a statistical significant difference between the two groups（ P 0. 05 or P 0. 01）. No adverse effect was found in the treatment group. Conclusion：Supplementing Qi and Expel Blood Stasis is quite effective in treating elderly patients suffering from stable angina pectoris.
