苗药生仙汤配合中药熏洗治疗膝骨性关节炎120例疗效观察

目的:观察评价苗药生仙汤配合中药熏洗治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例,对照组60例,治疗组采用口服苗药生仙汤配合中药熏洗治疗,对照组采用口服戴芬胶囊治疗。观察比较两组疗效。结果:通过统计学分析,治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组78%,P<0.05,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:苗药生仙汤配合中药熏洗治疗膝骨性关节炎,具有较好的临床疗效,值得推广使用。

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effects of Miao medicine shengxian soup combine herbal fumigation treatment knee osteoarthritis.
