毫针及耳穴压丸加失眠护理治疗心脾两虚型失眠效果的临床观察

目的:观察利用针灸法和耳穴压丸法等非药物疗法对心脾两虚型失眠的临床疗效。方法:通过毫针及耳穴压丸加失眠护理治疗心脾两虚型失眠共4个疗程后进行疗效统计。结果:对28位确诊为心脾两虚型失眠患者应用本文方法进行治疗,其中26位病人有不同程度的缓解和改善,有效率达到92.3%。结论:将针灸法及耳穴压丸法与失眠护理并用,对心脾两虚型失眠有明显的疗效,同时避免了药物治疗的不良反应,在非药物疗法中显示了相当的优越性。

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Insomnia in Heart-spleen Deficiency by Acupuncture Plus Auricular Plaster Therapy and Nursing Care

Objective：To observe the curative effects of acupuncture and auricular-plaster therapy to insomnia of heart-spleen deficiency type.Methods：To analyze the curative effects after 4 courses of treatment with acupuncture,auricular-plaster therapy and special nursing care.Results：28 insomnia patients of heart-spleen deficiency type were treated with the methods in this study,of which 26 patients showed varying degrees of ease and the efficiency rate is 92.3%.Conclusion：Acupuncture with auricular plaster therapy and special nursing care can be effective for treating the insomnia of heart-spleen deficiency type.And the above methods also show significant advantage of non-drug therapy on avoiding the side effects caused by drug treatment.
