中药全结肠灌注透析治疗肝性脑病的临床研究

目的:观察中药全结肠灌注透析治疗肝性脑病的临床疗效。方法:收集133例肝性脑病患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组在常规抗肝性脑病药物治疗基础上加食醋50mL,生理盐水100mL灌肠,治疗组在常规抗肝性脑病药物治疗的基础上,加用中药全结肠灌注透析。观察治疗前后肝性脑病的临床主要症状、体征和血氨指标改善情况,并比较两组治疗前后血氨下降水平。结果:中药全结肠灌注透析能够显著改善肝性脑病患者的计算力、扑翼样震颤等症状体征,对肝性脑病Ⅰ、Ⅱ级疗效优于对照组,并且能够降低患者血氨水平。结论:中药全结肠灌注透析对于肝性脑病Ⅰ、Ⅱ级有显著疗效。

Clinical research of Chinese herbal retention enema by Total Colonic Dialysis in Treating Hepatic encephalopathy

Objective ： To observe the effec of Chinese herbal retention enema by total colonic Dialysis in treating Hepatic eneephalopathy. Methods ：133 patients with Hepatic eneephalopathy were divied into control group and therapeutic group randomly. On base of antihepatie coma drug, the control group treated by enema with vinegar and physiological saline and the therapeutic group treated by Total Colonic Dialysis with Chinese herbal retention enema. The clinical effect is evaluated by the improvement of clinical signs and symptoms and the index improvement of blood ammonia. Results ： The Chinese herbal retention enema by Total Colonic Dialysis could improve clinical signs and symptoms of Hepatic encephalopathy, such as computational mechanics and Asterixis. It also reduce haemoconcentration of blood ammonia. The effect shows that Chinese herbal retention enema by Total Colonic Dialysis has obvious curative effects in phase Ⅰ and phase Ⅱ of Hepatic encephalopathy. Conclusion：The Chinese herbal retention enema by Total Colonic Dialysis has obvious curative effects in phase Ⅰ and phase Ⅱ of Hepatic encephalopathy.
