腹安汤对腹泻型肠易激综合征大鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

目的:观察腹安汤对腹泻型肠易激综合征(D-IBS)大鼠外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞的影响。方法:48只Wistar大鼠随机分成正常组,模型组,腹安汤高、中、低剂量组、得舒特组;用寒冷-束缚刺激法制备腹泻型肠易激综合征大鼠模型;采用流式细胞仪检测各组大鼠外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果:给药7天后,模型组与正常组比较,大鼠血中CD4+水平及CD4+/CD8+比值降低,CD8+水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);腹安汤高、中、低剂量组及得舒特组与模型组比较,血中CD4+水平及CD4+/CD8+比值升高,CD8+水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);各组大鼠CD3+变化均无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:腹安汤可升高腹泻型肠易激综合征大鼠外周血中CD4+水平及CD4+/CD8+比值,降低CD8+水平,从而提高和改善细胞免疫功能,达到治疗D-IBS的目的。

Effects of Fu-an Decoction on T-lymphocyte Subsets in Rats of Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective：To observe the effect of Fu-an Decoction on T-lymphocyte subsets in rats with diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome（D-IBS）.Methods：Forty-eight Wistar rats were randomized into normal group,model group,low,middle and high-dose group,Dicetel group.Cold-binding applications were given to establish similar model of D-IBS.Flow cytometry was used for the quantitative analysis of peripheral levels of T lymphocytes subsets CD3^＋、CD4^＋ and CD8^＋.Results：In the model group,the CD4^＋ level and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ decreased,CD8^＋ level increased,compared with the normal group（P〈0.05）;In the Fu-an Decoction′s low,middle and high-dose group,Dicetel group,CD4^＋ level and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ increased,CD8^＋ level decreased,compared with the model group（P 0.05）;The CD3^＋ level of various groups were not significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The therapeutic mechanism of Fu-an Decoction for D-IBS is probably related with the improvement of cellular immunity.
