诸子正气汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期45例临床分析

目的:研究诸子正气汤对支气管哮喘急性发作期的治疗作用。方法:西医对照组予西医常规治疗,诸子正气汤组在西医常规治疗基础上,口服诸子正气汤,评价支气管哮喘控制水平,测定治疗前后FEV1占预计值%、PEF变异率(%)、PaO2。结果:诸子正气汤组哮喘控制情况优于西医对照组(P<0.05),FEV1占预计值%、PEF变异率(%)、PaO2等指标改善情况优于西医对照组(P<0.001)。结论提示诸子正气汤能有效提高支气管哮喘临床控制水平,改善肺通气功能,降低气道高反应性。

A Study on Curative Effect of Zhuzi Zhengqi Recipe in Patients with Acute Exacerbation Stage of Asthma

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Zhuzi Zhengqi Recipe in patients with acute exacerbation stage of Asthma. Methods：The Zhuzi Zhengqi Recipe group（ 45 cases） was treated by taking Zhuzi Zhengqi Recipe and Western medicine conventional therapy,the Western medicine matched group（ 45 cases） was treated by Western medicine conventional therapy,the course of the treatment is 3 days in both groups. 90 cases in both groups were observed the level of asthma controlling and were examined FEV1 /pre% ,PEF aberration rate,PaO2 before and after treatment. Results：The level of asthma controlling in the Zhuzi Zhengqi Recipe group is higner than the Western medicine matched group（ P 0. 05） ; FEV1 /pre% ,PEF aberration rate,PaO2 after therapy of the Zhuzi Zhengqi Recipe group were better than those of the Western medicine matched group and itself before treatment,there were the significant differences（ P 0. 001）. Conclusion：The treatment of taking Zhuzi Zhengqi Recipe can improve the level of asthma controlling and pulmonary function,reduce airway hyperreactivity in patients with acute exacerbation stage of Asthma.
