摘    要:目的:观察人工诱导猪苓子实体培育猪苓菌丝的最佳环境因素,为筛选优良菌种提供依据。方法:用人工诱导的猪苓子实体,采取菌丝分离法接种在适宜的培养基上,观察温度、pH值,光照、培养时间对菌丝形成的影响。结果:沙氏琼脂培养基,温度22℃,pH值5.8,黑暗培养,培养25天时菌丝生长最好。结论:人工诱导的猪苓子实体可以培育优良的猪苓菌种。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the best environmental factors breeding hypha from the Artificially induced sporophore of Grifola umbellate,To provide excellent screening strains. Methods:Using artificially induced sporophore,hypha isolation method ,ob-serve the temperature、pH value、sunlight、incubation time influence on forming hypha. Results:Hypha growth is best on Sabourauds Agar,in the environment of temperature 22℃,pH VALUE 5. 8,no sunlight,25d training. Conclusion:Artificially induced sporophore can cultivate good strain of Grifola umbellate.
